KATSEYE is stepping into a new era with the release of WILD, the global girl group’s third EP, out now via HYBE x Geffen Records.
Released August 14, WILD arrives as KATSEYE continues its rapid rise on the global pop stage. Following 2025’s BEAUTIFUL CHAOS, the new six-track project finds the group leaning further into themes of confidence, self-discovery and transformation while embracing a more euphoric and untamed side of their identity.
The project opens with “PINKY UP,” the high-energy track that KATSEYE first introduced earlier this year, followed by “Animal,” the EP’s lead single. Co-written by Ed Sheeran, “Animal” pairs KATSEYE’s polished pop sensibilities with an energetic, confident edge. The song’s accompanying visual also features an appearance from Oscar-nominated actress Demi Moore.
From there, WILD moves through “Hootie Frutti,” “Bel Air” and “That Way,” giving each track its own personality while maintaining the project’s bold, colorful aesthetic. A retailer-exclusive edition also includes “Unloveu,” a track co-written by KATSEYE member Lara Raj.
The EP arrives during an especially significant moment for the group. KATSEYE is also celebrating the release of KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS, a new theatrical documentary that offers fans a closer look at the members’ journey, their rise to international recognition and their relationship with their devoted EYEKONS fanbase.
With WILD, KATSEYE continues to carve out a distinctive space between global pop and the performance-driven world of K-pop. The group’s growing international presence, ambitious visuals and increasingly confident sound suggest that this new chapter could become one of their biggest yet.
And with their sold-out WILD WORLD TOUR scheduled to begin September 1, KATSEYE is showing that WILD is more than simply another EP—it’s the soundtrack to the group’s next chapter.
