Elijah definitely is gonna be big. That dude could hit chords like an angel. Absolutely amazing vocals and he had two others playing guitars (maybe one was a bass, not 100% sure). Crowd loved him, especially when he took his jacket off. His track Black and Blue was def the favorite.

Keri effing Hilson. My goodness…. If we don’t get a full blown Keri comeback, I will call someone because she cruuushed it. She performed her new track and rest were her classics from the 2008-2010 era. Finished with pretty girl rock and everyone was going off and singing along, even me… but damn. Slayed. And is still a stone cold stunnah.

Tink really brought vibes with her two backup dancers. The hair was hairing, blowing in the wind and flipping around. She did a combo of her newer songs and her 2010 era songs. The ladies in the crowd got down for her. She balanced her set with some harder hit songs and more of the smooth r&b. Both her and the dancers were giving the moves

Keyshia Cole’s stage and light design was like this Burlesque meets Chicago vibe with the reds and the marquee looking lights in the back visuals. She came out a lil more on the slow side and kept amping up as her set went on. During her intermission, Tyrese made a surprise appearance and gave the crowd those 90s r&b tracks. Oh man people were going nuts.

Then we hit a plot twist with 2Chainz making a surprise appearance. He only did a couple songs but obviously, everyone sang along to Birthday Song.

Keyshia came back on after them sporting this WWE meets cowboy carter fit, and all white. The contrast with that and red her stage design and especially with the big red heart platform on stage, it was great. You could see her from way up. The second half of her set is when she turned it up and brought out the tracks everyone knew and from her first album that came out 20 years ago. When I say everyone around me knew every word, I am so not kidding. Every damn person was flipping out. Towards the end it seemed like she was finished and people started beginning to mosey out until she said “where’s everyone going? Yall don’t wanna hear love” (can’t remember exact wording but it’s something very close to that). Well everyone turned around and bolted back in to belt out one more time.

All in all. Great show from everyone. Hella r&b, shipped us all back to the 2000s.
