Sacramento’s live music scene welcomed an exciting new addition with the opening of Channel 24, a 2,150-capacity venue developed by renowned promoter Another Planet Entertainment, known for iconic venues like the Greek Theatre and Fox Theater. Located in Midtown at 1800 24th Street, Channel 24 boasts impeccable sightlines, a spacious general admission floor, a tiered balcony, multiple bars, a VIP room, and an open-air patio, making it a perfect midsize venue bridging the gap between intimate clubs and large arenas.

Just a week after its grand opening on April 24, Channel 24 kicked off its inaugural month with two sold-out shows by indie rock band Wallows, signaling strong local enthusiasm for the new space. The venue’s exterior features vibrant graffiti art displaying “Channel 24,” adding to its urban charm. Positioned alongside other popular Sacramento venues like Ace of Spades and Golden 1 Center, Channel 24 is poised to become a key hub for live music in the city, with residents eagerly anticipating the diverse lineup of upcoming performances.

Photos from the Wallows shows capture the energy and excitement of the venue’s early days, highlighting Channel 24’s role in elevating Sacramento’s music landscape and offering fans a fresh, dynamic concert experience.
