The Rink Studios in Sacramento transformed into a haven for music enthusiasts as Mariah the Scientist graced the stage on March 9th, 2024, for her To Be Eaten Alive Tour. Promoted by ENT Legends, renowned for the popular music festival ‘Sol Blume,’ the event introduced fans to a new venue that seamlessly merged studio vibes with the thrill of live concerts.

Despite it being her first time performing at The Rink Studios, Mariah’s undeniable talent ensured a sold-out show. Joining her were supporting artists Ryan Trey and DJ Honey, adding to the evening’s dynamic lineup.

Kicking off promptly at 8 PM, Ryan Trey set the stage ablaze with his energetic performance, captivating the audience with his engaging presence. Highlights included impromptu interactions with fans, sharing the mic for sing-alongs, and a surprise unreleased track featuring Chris Brown, leaving fans buzzing with excitement.

Following Trey’s electrifying set, DJ Honey took over the turntables, treating the crowd to a nostalgic journey through throwback Hip Hop and RnB classics. The venue reverberated with the echoes of enthusiastic singing and dancing, earning DJ Honey accolades for presiding over the loudest stop on the tour thus far.

As anticipation reached its peak, Mariah the Scientist emerged onstage around 9:20 PM, greeted by thunderous applause from her devoted fans. Dressed in a striking all-red ensemble, she kicked off her set with “Good Times,” igniting the venue with her soulful vocals.

What sets Mariah apart is her genuine affection for her fans, evident in her interactions throughout the night. From “Aura” to “Spread Thin,” she made it a point to connect intimately with the audience, often venturing to the barricade to share moments of dance and camaraderie.

Amidst the music, Mariah shared a lighthearted moment, confessing her lack of dancing skills to laughter from the crowd. Yet, her infectious energy and enthusiasm transcended any limitations, ensuring a memorable experience for all in attendance.

As the night drew to a close, Mariah the Scientist left an indelible mark on Sacramento, promising to continue her tour until May 3rd, with the final stop in Atlanta, GA. With her unwavering passion and genuine connection with her fans, Mariah’s star continues to rise, leaving audiences eagerly awaiting her next performance.
