Becky G lit up the Coachella stage this past weekend on Friday evening at 5:45pm with an electrifying performance. She kicked off her show with the Bad Bunny collaboration “Mayores” and smoothly transitioned into “Fulanito” from her 2022 LP Esquemas, before closing the high-energy first act with “Bailé Con Mi Ex.”

Despite a slight hiccup when her microphone malfunctioned during her third song, Becky G kept the energy going, entertaining the crowd with her Dodger Blue sombrero and bedazzled sapphire bra, reminiscent of the iconic bustiers made famous by Selena Quintanilla.
As the show progressed, Becky G was joined by several guest performers, including Marca MP, Fuerza Régida’s Jesus Paz, and Peso Pluma, who all brought their unique Mexicana flair to the stage. The crowd was also treated to collaborations with Dominican star Natti Natasha and Karol G.

As the performance appeared to come to an end, Becky surprised the audience by appearing in front of a bathtub and performing her hit breakthrough song “Shower,” which brought a sense of joy and nostalgia to the crowd. “I used to be hesitant about being known as the ‘singing in the shower’ girl forever,” she shares. “But now I embrace it and proudly say, ‘Singing in the Shower? That’s Becky G.’ And the world is going to know it.”
