On January 13, 2022, Miley Cyrus released her most recent single “Flowers” along with a brand new music video. The wide-angle video opens with Cyrus crossing a bridge while dressed in a golden top, hood, and sunglasses while singing about the end of a split. Later, as she puts her hair up, she discovers she can live happily alone.
The song features her singing, “I can buy myself flowers, write my name in the sand, talk to myself for hours, Yeah, some things you don’t understand.” But I can dance by myself, I can grasp my own hand, I can love myself more than you can.
After entering a backyard in a bikini and diving into the pool, Cyrus smiles as she poses in a black bikini on the side of the pool. The singer can be seen exercising, practicing yoga, and having a hot shower in the video.
The track seemed to be greatly impacted by her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.
